  • PDI

    The Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) is your first opportunity to explore your new home. In most cases, the developer provides a representative to guide you through the property. During this walkthrough, our team will accompany you to help identify and highlight any deficiencies to the builder’s representative, ensuring that all concerns are properly noted and addressed.

  • Initial Form

    Upon completion of your Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), your developer will provide you with a Tarion enrollment number. Once your property is enrolled, our team will assist you in identifying and documenting any deficiencies with clear descriptions and supporting photographs to your Initial Form (IF). The Initial Form provides up to 41 days to report any issues; however, we recommend beginning as soon as possible to ensure all deficiencies are accurately recorded and addressed in a timely manner.

  • Mid Year

    After your Initial Form has been submitted, you’ll have another opportunity to report additional deficiencies through your Mid-Year Form. This form allows up to 183 days to identify and submit any new issues. During this period, our team will assist you in documenting all deficiencies with clear descriptions and detailed photographs to ensure nothing is overlooked.

  • Package Inspection

    Our Inspection Package provides complete support throughout your new home’s warranty process. It includes the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), assistance with documenting deficiencies on your Initial Form, and continued support with your Mid-Year Form. This package is designed to give homeowners peace of mind by ensuring every stage of the warranty period is handled with care, accuracy, and attention to detail—maximizing your protection and the value of your home/investment.
